Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales of digital products (including website templates, branding kits, and marketing materials) are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any digital downloads.

EU Customers & Digital Content

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of digital content within 14 days. However, this right is waived once the download or streaming of the digital product has begun, with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase, you:

• Give your explicit consent to the immediate supply of the digital content, and

• Acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download or access has started.
